It's Pepsi Throwback, biatches!

Have you seen this? Have you heard of this?

It's Pepsi but now it has REAL sugar just like it used to. I don't drink soda often, it gives me belly fat, so I don't totally remember what current Pepsi tastes like, but everyone always says that Pepsi is very, very sweet. It's soda and I kinda thought that was the point, but whatevs. This stuff is awesome!!! It's sweet but not make your teeth hurt sweet. And it didn't make my mouth and teeth feel coated in soda enamel decaying goodness. My only complaint is that it doesn't come caffeine free. I don't usually have caffeine, could you tell? And while they are at it, Pepsi could also make Wild Cherry caffeine free also. P-p-p-please?

Damn you adulthood!

Tonight, got home from work and I don't feel like cooking. Boyfriend is out, so I figure a Boca burger and fries sounds like a decent meal with minimal effort. I buy a huge box of burgers from BJs for these occasions. So I reach into the box and all that is in there is the bottom on the box. I even scrape around in case I forgot the way a frozen burger feels and am confused. But nope, it's empty. I have no other easy food in my home. I could go buy something or order take out, but honestly, that really feels like too much work. And I have laundry in the community machine, so, I want to stay on top of that so no one jumps in before I've finished my loads. (Haha, I said load) We have 8 apartments and one washer, one dryer. It can get pretty intense. So, for now I'll eat a few handfuls of bacos and hope boyfriend comes home early enough to bring me dinner. *fingers crossed*

I don't like having the responsibility of making sure I don't run out of things. Having to remember to check how full containers are and how many rolls of toilet paper are left. THEN, remembering to buy more before running out. Being a grown up is hard.

I am part of an online community BuzzAgent, it's a word of mouth marketing site. I fill out surveys and get to sample new products, let people know what I think and create buzz.I received a tube of Cover Girl's new Lash Blast Fusion mascara in black about a month ago. I love makeup, especially eye makeup. I wear makeup practically everyday. Even if I am not wearing my full face I have on concealer and mascara.

So, here is what I think about Cover Girl's newest. It claims that it both lengthens and thickens. It definitely make them look longer, but, I don't really feel that it gives me the fullness I want from a mascara. HOWEVER, the brush it great. It reminds me of a mascara I purchased from Avon a couple of years ago that I loved but never saw in the catalog again. It's thick and has short bristles, so multiple coats without clumps is a cinch. Doing several coats helps with the fullness issue. And on my "natural" days just one or two coats looks very soft. The tube itself is a soft finish plastic so sometimes I feel like I don't have a very good grip on it and it might slip from my fingers. It hasn't happened but I would prefer a smoother, shiny plastic like most other tubes.

I'm happy with it and will probably buy it when I need more. It retails for about 8 bucks, so it's a pretty good deal. And I love that it doesn't clump which I usually have problems with since I like to wear so much mascara at once. What can I say, I love dark dramatic lashes.

I've done a comparison of the mascaras that I have been using recently; the Covergirl Lash Blast Fusion in Very Black, Maybelline XXL Curl Power in Very Black, and Maybelline Great Lash Waterproof in Very Black (the classic that make-up artists swear by). The eye on the left has a few of mascara, the eye on the right has no mascara.

The Lash Blast Fusion

XXL Curl Power

Great Lash

I really love the XXL but it does clump easily, the great lash I'm not in love with and only bought because my Rite Aid was running low on waterproof mascara that day and this was it for black. Although, the brush is great for my lower lashes.

Looking at the pictures there doesn't seem to be a huge difference. I don't know, what's your favorite mascara?

Cocktail of the Week

My new obsession

Kahlua + A splash of Vodka + Almond milk = Yummy happiness

It's basically a white russian only vegan, so, that means its more delicious. And no creature large or small had to suffer for my intoxicated pleasure. It's a win win situation.

I suggest you all go to your local liquor store immediately.
